“Maslenitsa” holiday celebrated at the Embassy of Russia in Kuwait
On March 2, the Embassy of Russia in Kuwait hosted a traditional celebration of the Russian “Maslenitsa” holiday.
Students of the Embassy’s school presented a colorful musical and theatrical performance.
The event continued with thematic folk challenges and games, as well as a friendly “khorovod” round dance.
Finally the guests shared an abundant table with treats of traditional Russian cuisine.
